Send any video in the language they understand.
Upload a video your organization owns. LinguaSend transcribes it, translates it with your terms, narrates it in a natural regional voice, and gives you one link. The people who receive it tap the link on their phone and hear it in their language. No account, no app, no setup.
Every language version shows whether it is AI generated, reviewed, or approved. Delivery receipts never claim more than they can prove.
Watch it happen.
One video, one link, one person hearing it in the language they think in.
The video already exists. The understanding does not.
Your organization already records the things that matter. Onboarding. Benefits. Safety. The announcement that changes someone’s week. Each of those videos is made once, in one language, and the people who need it most often speak another one.
The usual answers do not hold. Subtitles get skipped on a phone, and plenty of people cannot read the language they speak. A second recording costs a crew and a day. An app is one more thing to install, and it does not get installed. So the video stays in one language and the message stops at the door.
What you get
Natural to hear.
A narrator from the recipient’s region, with the wording localized for that region. Mexican Spanish sounds like Mexican Spanish, not one accent reading words written for somewhere else.
Trustworthy to send.
Draft, AI checked, human reviewed, org approved. Your reviewers edit any line, and editing approved or reviewed text drops that version back to AI checked automatically, so an approval always refers to the words that are there now.
Simple to receive.
One link that opens in any phone browser, including the browsers inside WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram. Captions and a transcript in their language, at the size a phone can read.
Honest about delivery.
You see that a link was reached and, separately, that playback was actually started by a person. Scanners and previews are excluded, so a receipt means what it says.
How it works
Upload a video you own.
Send us the file, or import it from Google Drive if that is where it lives. You confirm your right to translate it, and that confirmation is kept with the video.
Choose language, region, narrator, and style.
Four plain controls, written out in words. Then read the translation line by line, with the lines it is least sure about already flagged, and fix anything you want changed.
Send one link.
Text it, email it, put it in a group chat, or print the QR code. Recipients pick their language on their phone, and you watch the receipts come back.
The video you already made, understood by the people you made it for.
Who it is for
Workforce and training programs
A job coach sends interview preparation in Somali and can see it was played before the appointment.
Employers with multilingual teams
A supervisor sends the forklift safety video in Spanish on the first day and keeps the receipt with the training record.
Clinics and community organizations
A care coordinator sends visit instructions in the patient’s language, so fewer people arrive unprepared or not at all.
Schools and districts
A family liaison sends the financial aid video to every family in the language spoken at home, from one screen.
Languages and voices
Spanish is here today for Mexico, the United States, and Spain. Each one gets its own wording and its own narrator, because a Mexican voice reading words written for Spain still sounds wrong.
Somali, French, Portuguese, and Arabic are selectable today. We have not yet had a native speaker rate the Somali narration, so we do not promise it until we have. Hmong is planned with human narration, recorded by a person, because no commercial voice we have tested is good enough to send to a family. Captions and a transcript come with every language version.
Pricing
One meter, written out before anything runs: source minutes multiplied by languages. A ten minute video sent in Spanish uses ten minutes. Sending a version you already translated costs nothing.

Questions people ask first
Do recipients need an account or an app?
No. They tap the link and it plays in the browser their phone already has, including the browsers inside WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram. There is nothing to install, nothing to sign in to, and nothing to pay.
Which languages and regions can I send today?
Spanish for Mexico, the United States, and Spain, each with its own wording and its own narrator. Somali, French, Portuguese, and Arabic are selectable. Hmong is planned with human narration, recorded by a person, because no commercial voice we have tested is good enough. Captions and a transcript come with every version.
How accurate is it, and who checks?
Machines do the first pass and people decide. Every version starts as a draft and becomes AI checked, then human reviewed, then org approved only when someone on your team says so. The review screen puts the original beside the translation, flags the lines it is least sure about, and lets you edit any of them. Editing approved or reviewed text drops that version back to AI checked automatically.
What can I upload, and what about YouTube?
Upload video your organization owns or has written permission to translate, or import it from Google Drive. You confirm that right before anything is processed, and the confirmation is stored with the video. YouTube offers no download API, so a public YouTube link is not an input. For your own channel, download the file from YouTube Studio and upload it here.
How do delivery receipts work, and what do they not claim?
A receipt records two separate things: that the link was reached, and that a person started playback with a tap. Email scanners and link previews fetch a page without a person, so they never count as playback. A receipt proves that a link was delivered and opened. It does not prove who opened it, because links get forwarded, and it never claims that anyone understood the video.
How long does a video take?
Minutes for a short video, and you can leave the page while it runs. The part that takes your time is the review, and that is the part worth your time.
What happens to our data?
Your videos, transcripts, and receipts belong to your organization and stay until you delete them. LinguaSend runs on Vercel, Fly.io, Supabase, and Upstash, and uses Deepgram and OpenAI for transcription, Anthropic for translation, and ElevenLabs and Microsoft Azure Speech for narration. Under the terms we use them on, none of them may train on your content.
What does it cost, and how do we pay?
Starter is $79 a month for 150 source minutes, Team is $249 for 500, and Organization starts at $699 for 1,500 with unlimited seats. A minute is one source minute in one language, and resending a version you already translated is free. We invoice monthly today, so there is no card to enter, and recipients are never charged.
