The service

LinguaSend turns a video an organization already has into versions in other languages — transcribed, translated, narrated, and captioned — and delivers each version through a link that opens on a phone. It is provided by LinguaSend, Saint Paul, Minnesota.

Your content and your rights to it

You keep ownership of everything you upload. A translation is a derivative work, so before LinguaSend processes a video you must confirm that you created it, hold a license to it, or have permission to translate it. That confirmation is stored with the video. You are responsible for its accuracy, and you must not upload content you do not have the right to translate and distribute.

Machine-assisted translation

Translations and narration are produced by AI systems and may contain errors. Every language version carries a status — AI-generated, human-reviewed, or approved by your organization — and nothing is marked approved until a person in your organization approves it. You decide what to send and when. For medical, legal, safety, or financial content, have a qualified person review the translation before sending it.

Delivery records

A delivery record shows what LinguaSend can actually observe: that a link was reached, and whether playback was started by a tap. It does not claim that a person watched or understood a video.

Acceptable use

Do not use LinguaSend to send unlawful, deceptive, or harassing content, to impersonate a person or organization, to clone a voice without that person's consent, or to interfere with the service or other customers' data.

Fees

Paid plans and any usage-based charges are those in your organization's written order or the pricing shown when you subscribe. Recipients are never charged.

Availability and liability

LinguaSend is provided as-is. We work to keep it available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free translations, and we are not liable for decisions made on the basis of a translated video. Our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

Ending the service

You can stop using LinguaSend and ask us to delete your organization's content at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.
